The physical, emotional, and psychological safety of the scholars under our umbrella supersedes all other corporate directives. Hertra Education enforces a ruthless, zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, neglect, or professional misconduct. We do not compromise on the security of minors.
2. The 4-Stage Vetting Shield
To ensure predatory individuals never enter our ecosystem, we have engineered the most rigorous vetting protocol in West Africa:
- Psychological Crucibles: Algorithmic testing to detect unethical behavioral instincts before an application is reviewed.
- Live Biometric Interrogations: Face-to-face virtual reviews by senior HAAC officials.
- State Security Audits: Verification against official Ghana Police Clearance certificates to ensure zero criminal history.
- Social Vulnerability Checks: Mandatory vouching by verified, high-standing community guarantors.
3. Mandatory Reporting & Digital Decapitation
All Hertra Partners are trained as Mandatory Reporters. If a partner suspects a child is facing abuse within the home or school, they are legally and contractually obligated to trigger the Hertra Safeguarding Protocol via Command Center.
Conversely, if an allegation of misconduct is levied against a Hertra Partner by a client, Hertra executes Immediate Digital Decapitation. The partner’s Smart ID is instantly revoked, their portal is locked, and all biometric/legal dossiers are proactively handed over to the Ghana Police Service for swift legal prosecution. We will aggressively support the legal destruction of any individual who violates the safety of a scholar.
