1. The Zero-Leakage Data Doctrine

Hertra Education handles the biometric and geographical data of highly vulnerable demographics, including minors in premium private residences. We enforce a Zero-Leakage Policy. Your data is never sold, brokered, or shared with unauthorized third parties. We strictly comply with the Data Protection Commission (DPC) of Ghana.

2. Biometric & Documentation Vaults

To execute our HAAC-Verification protocols, we collect sensitive data including:

  • Cold Storage Assets: National ID Scans (Ghana Card), Police Clearance Certificates, and Academic Transcripts. These are locked in securely encrypted, geographically isolated cloud vaults (Cloudflare R2).
  • Hot Storage Assets: Professional portraits used to generate your public-facing Smart ID QR Code for client verification.
  • Digital Alibis: IP Addresses and Cryptographic timestamps are logged upon the execution of the Sovereign Charter for legal protection.

3. Client Geo-Anchor Mapping

For B2C home deployments, Hertra collects precise GPS coordinates of client residences. This data is strictly heavily encrypted. It is only shared with the specifically assigned Academic Partner and Regional Coordinator for the sole purpose of enforcing our 100m Geofence punctuality tracking.
