1. The Independent Contractor Matrix

Hertra Education operates as a premier digital placement and logistics network. All Academic Partners, Tutors, Headmasters, and Regional Coordinators deployed through our system execute their duties as Independent Contractors. They are not employees of Hertra Education Ltd. While we enforce strict pedagogical standards and geofenced accountability, partners maintain operational sovereignty over their delivery methods. Hertra Education Ltd. assumes no vicarious liability for unforeseen independent acts committed by contractors outside the scope of their deployment mandates.

2. The Zero-Cash Law & Financial Governance

To eliminate friction and protect all parties, Hertra enforces a strict Zero-Cash Law across all deployment zones.

  • Academic Partners are strictly prohibited from accepting physical cash for tuition, bonuses, or materials from clients.
  • All retainers, bounties, and deployment fees must be cleared exclusively through our encrypted digital gateway (Paystack) or the Hertra Command corporate accounts.
  • Violation of the Zero-Cash Law results in immediate digital decapitation (suspension) from the Hertra Network.

3. Intellectual Property & NaCCA Master-Packs

All proprietary curriculums, assessment matrices, software dashboards, and NaCCA-aligned Master-Packs provided to partners remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hertra Education Ltd. Clients and Partners are granted a temporary, revocable license to utilize these assets during active deployment. Unauthorized distribution, reselling, or duplication of Hertra IP will result in severe legal action.
